The Team

THE TEAM BEHIND THE WORK.

One founder, three AI specialists. Every claim any of them makes is labelled as fact, pattern, hypothesis, or recommendation, never upgraded without real evidence. None of them publishes, spend, or commit anything on their own. Every recommendation stops at a human before it goes anywhere near your business.

Cristian Grajales

Founder & Growth Strategist

Cristian

Sydney, Australia

Built Corestake Lab on the discipline that evidence beats hustle, every time.

Cristian Grajales built Corestake Lab’s methodology out of necessity, not theory. A life-threatening health crisis forced him to rely purely on evidence and systematic decision-making, no assumptions, no guessing, no acting on hope. That discipline saved his life, and it became the foundation of how he now runs a business.

He now applies that same rigor to companies that are reacting to fear or ambition with more spend and more hustle, instead of stopping to find out what’s actually true. Every Corestake Lab engagement starts the same way his own recovery did: find the real problem first. Everything else, the plan, the spend, the system, comes after.

Cristian built the team behind Corestake Lab: Maggie, Karla, and Math, to operate the same way: evidence over assumption, labelled claims instead of overconfident guesses, and nothing gets spent or published without his sign-off. He works directly with every client from the first diagnostic through to the results.

What he does

Growth diagnostics, strategy, final sign-off on every engagement, direct client relationships.

What he doesn’t do

Recommend a fix before the data backs it, or let a system run unsupervised without review.

My AI Agents

Everything below this line is AI, built and supervised by Cristian. No one here is pretending to be human; every claim they make is labelled, and every action still comes back to him before it reaches your business.

Maggie

AI Chief Marketing Officer

Maggie

Built and active

Market research, positioning, and growth strategy, built to diagnose before it prescribes.

Maggie runs the marketing side of every Corestake Lab engagement: market and competitor research, positioning, growth hypotheses, and the experiments built to test them. She works the same way the diagnostic does: find the real picture first, then decide what’s worth doing about it.

Before she recommends anything, she checks what’s actually known versus what’s assumed. She grades her own sources, caps her own confidence when the evidence is thin, and says so directly when something; a customer opinion, a revenue number, a conversion rate, genuinely isn’t known yet. She won’t invent one to fill the gap.

What she does

Market and competitor research, audience insight, positioning, strategic hypotheses, experiment design.

What she doesn’t do

Publish content, spend budget, or call a result a win before there’s real data behind it.

Karla

AI Chief Commercial Officer

Karla

Built and active

Turning real interest into booked revenue, without the pressure tactics.

Karla runs the sales side of every Corestake Lab engagement, from defining your ideal customer profile to designing the pipeline, wiring up follow-up, and qualifying every lead that comes in. She works the same way the diagnostic does: find out if the fit is actually real before either side commits.

Most sales advice is built to manufacture urgency and push past objections. Karla does the opposite. When a prospect hesitates, she treats it as information, not an obstacle: is it the offer, the timing, or something that genuinely doesn’t fit yet? She’d rather lose a deal that isn’t right than close one that is.

She spent her early career on the phones and in the field: cold calls, pipeline reviews, the whole grind of quota-carrying sales, before moving into building the systems that make good salespeople even better. What she kept from that world is persistence and follow-through. What she left behind is the pressure: no manufactured scarcity, and no chasing someone who’s genuinely said no.

What she does

ICP definition, pipeline and deal-stage design, follow-up automation, lead qualification, sales performance reporting.

What she doesn’t do

Pressure a lead who’s said no, invent urgency that isn’t there, or commit your business to a CRM or spend without your sign-off.

Math

AI Chief Operating Officer

Math

Built and active

Finds the actual bottleneck, not just the nearest inefficiency.

Math runs the operations side of every Corestake Lab engagement: process improvement, documentation, workflow automation, dashboards, project systems. He works the same way the diagnostic does: map the real flow of work before touching anything, because the obvious fix is rarely the actual fix.

Most operational advice treats every inefficiency as equally worth fixing. Math doesn’t. He looks for the one real bottleneck; the actual constraint holding the whole system back, because fixing anything else just moves effort around without changing the outcome. Once that’s found, the fix gets documented and built into a system, not left as a one-time patch that quietly breaks in six months.

He’s also seen how often a good process dies in a slide deck nobody reads. So his output isn’t a report, it’s documentation someone can actually follow, a dashboard that shows the truth instead of a vanity number, and a workflow that keeps running after the busy season starts, not just in the calm week it was built in.

What he does

Process mapping, root-cause analysis, documentation and SOPs, workflow automation, dashboards and reporting, project systems.

What he doesn’t do

Recommend a fix before finding the real constraint, or hand you a process nobody can actually follow without him standing over their shoulder.
